Rullo IT was an invaluable resource in achieving an on-time opening date with my new office. From incorporating medical media marketing in the reception area to transitioning to an electronic health records system, Rullo IT was able to address my business requests in a timely manner and at a competitive price. I couldn't think of anyone I would recommend more highly

We have been using (NEC) ExpressCluster to provide a high-availability SQL Server application for Alcoa, one of our customers. We installed it on a couple of physical servers a few years ago with Dan Rullo's help, and just recently migrated to a virtual environment - again with Dan's help. We have been pleased with the cluster arrangement, and the reliability we've achieved for our application. Dan has been our principal support from the beginning, since we were not happy with the normal support channel.
I'm sure the latest migration effort couldn't have been successful without Dan's participation and guidance. He has always been professional and very skilled, and tries very hard to accomodate our variable needs and schedule. I couldn't think of anyone I would recommend more highly than Dan for this kind of work.

I run a small business out of my home. In the past, I had struggled with finding and implementing the right technologies for my company. I've never been satisfied with the service that the big retail stores like (names omitted by Rullo IT prior to posting this testimonial) provide. They're really not geared towards business owners. A lot of times, they were over-priced and under-skilled to provide the kind of help that I was looking for.
Dan from Rullo IT has been a tremendous help for me. In the past year, he has helped me completely reorganize and improve the way that I use computers within my business. Over the course of several visits to my office, he networked my computers so that I can share files, implemented a data backup plan, and installed several new pieces of equipment (network printer, etc.).
I am so happy to have finally found someone with the right skills that is willing to work around my schedule and come to my office instead of me dragging my computer across town or trying to work through things over the phone. Small business owners like me are often stuck without help because we can't employ a full-time IT staff. I've been utilizing Rullo IT Services for about a year, and I plan to continue to use them in the future.

Dan Rullo was a life saver

Dan Rullo was a life saver! My first experience with Dan was when my old computer completely stopped working and would no longer boot. My computer was out of warranty so I took it to a computer store. They told me that my computer was not fixable and that I had lost all of my documents and pictures. Dan Rullo came to my house and was able to retrieve all of my personal documents, pictures, etc. He then confirmed that the motherboard in my computer had failed and would cost too much to replace because of the age of the computer. Dan helped me find a well priced system to replace my old one and even installed it for me when it arrived. Then, without me even asking, Dan pointed out that my wireless connection at home was not secured and showed me how to secure it. I am very grateful to have a person that I can trust to have my best interests in mind instead of just trying to dismiss my issue and sell me expensive equipment and service plans.
