Corporate Bio
In 2004, Rullo IT Services was originally formed to provide computer equipment installation/repair and software development services to the greater Pittsburgh area.
Through the years, our target customer base has remained unchanged.
But our offerings have since expanded to include more comprehensive technology services extending to partners all over the U.S. and throughout many other parts of the world.
In 2010, Rullo IT Services re-organized and re-defined our business model to include partnerships with national service organizations.
This change has allowed us to reach a wider audience and get involved with more challenging projects.
As we continue our service within the local community and throughout other regions, we adapt with our customers and partners to provide appropriate contemporary solutions.
As a small business ourselves, we understand the value of strategic partnerships.

Owner's Bio
Dan Rullo has been in the computer industry since 1998.
He began working for a Pittsburgh-based server manufacturer in August of 1998 shortly after that company opened its doors.
There, Dan had a ten year career where he performed many job roles and wore many hats over the years.
Initially, Dan started out as a system builder and onsite service technician.
As the company grew, he migrated to a management role where he managed the Service and Support group.
Ultimately, he would become the Vice President of Technical Services.
In this role, Dan ran the entire Technical Services department that included Production (system building), Service and Support, Managed Services, Training, and Software Development.
In 2008, Dan took a position with a prominent New York-based security software company.
And although Dan still works as an active employee of that company, he started Rullo IT Services primarily to meet the needs of local organizations in the Greensburg/Pittsburgh area.
Dan has been a software developer for approximately fifteen years.
During those years, he has acquired a strong background in product engineering for the Microsoft Windows platform.
Dan's forté is in programming languages derived from the original "BASIC" dialect, such as the modern Visual Basic.NET.
However, the .NET platform has provided Dan with an environment for growth that has allowed him to expand into stronger languages such as C#.
Using .NET-based languages, Dan focuses heavily on database driven web-based and stand-alone applications.
All of the companies that Dan has been employeed with (including Rullo IT), have run (and continue to run) important aspects of their business infrastructure on software developed by Dan.
In addition to software development, Dan has almost just as much experience in system hardware, networking, and troubleshooting/repair.
